Whether you reside in Alfa-Mar year-round or just a few months or a few weeks during the year, you belong to the Community of Owners of Urbanización Alfa-Mar. On behalf of the Comisión Delegada, I welcome you to the Alfa-Mar family! I hope you will enjoy the natural beauty, tranquility, and community spirit that Alfa-Mar offers.

This page is a private, secure area of our website where only property owners of Alfa-Mar will be able to access using a personal, encrypted password. Please do not share your password with anyone else. If at any time you feel that the security of your password may have been compromised, please change your password using the ‘reset password’ feature. Once you are logged in to this Member Page, you will be able to access information such as annual accounts, minutes of the General Assembly meetings, Statutes of Alfa-Mar, and the Resident Directory, etc.

The Resident Directory is available only to Alfa-Mar owners. The Directory is intended to be a resource for owners to communicate directly with each other, share/exchange useful information, and lend support to one another when needed. It is also intended to allow owners to connect with each other for social gatherings and events. Only information you give us permission to use is included in the directory. Your information privacy is always respected and will never be shared with outside entities.

Do you rent your property to a long-term tenant? If your tenant is not just a holiday renter and resides in Alfa-Mar with a months-long or years-long rental contract, we consider them part of the community as well. Hence, please encourage your long-term tenants to utilize the website and also join the Alfa-Mar neighbors’ WhatsApp group. They will not be able to access the Member Page, but they will have full use of the public side of our website. Through the neighbors’ WhatsApp group, they will also receive various notifications, important news alerts and updates, and be included in community events.

This website is still a work in progress. The web team continues to develop the site with useful and relevant information about Alfa-Mar, Salobreña, and the Costa Tropical area. We welcome your feedback and suggestions to make this website useful and user-friendly. If you can’t find what you are looking for, or if you have any comments to share or have questions, please send us a note via the CONTACT US page.
